Is my data private and secure?
Your reflections are encrypted at rest and never shared or sold. They belong to you — Preflection is built so that what you write stays yours, always.
Do I need to reflect every day?
No. Consistency matters more than perfection. Some days will pass without a reflection, and that's okay. Preflection is always here when you need it.
Do I have to do a Sense Check every day?
No. Sense Check is a quick, optional check-in you can take whenever life feels full or you want to take stock. It stays private unless you choose to share it.
Is this therapy?
No. Preflection is a reflection and personal growth tool, not a replacement for licensed mental health professionals. If you're struggling, please seek qualified support.
